The graphical user interface of the CMP that is typically used by Customer Service Agents to access CMP customer and billing data. In versions prior to CMP 8.0, this was called the CMP GUI. and SOAP. A bill cycle change applies only to postpaid subscribers and any shared groups of which the post-paid subscriber

When a bill cycle is set as part of a subscriber creation, the bill cycle can be overridden by the agent as part of the installation. The bill cycle set at this point will be used when creating the subscriber on the OCS even if the connection is delayed beyond the point that the subscription

In the context of the Cloud Monetisation Platform, an individual or organisation who has signed an agreement to take goods and services from a service provider. A customer receives a bill associated with one or more subscriptions, and can be a single end user or a large company with many subscriptions assigned to one agreement. and can be changed to a later or earlier cycle date.
